We propose to sell our farm real property including the property
described on Exhibit "A" and desire to retain a 2.5 acre tract
which contains our current residence,
surveyed and the description thereof is attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
The 2.5 acres of property which we intend to retain lies within 1,000
feet of the lakeshore and adjoins a wetland area and therefore we are
requesting permission to convey the property described on Exhibit "A"
except the tract described on Exhibit "B" which we propose to retain

approve a variance to subdivide a parcel of approKimately 2.5 acres from an existing 68.45
acre parcel with the condition that a registered surveyor's drawing must be provided at the
time of conveyance. It was noted that the parcel has public road access and room for two on
site septic systems.
