requested; Item #3 approved as requested except no fill will be al

THE SPECIAL USE REQUESTED IS:
1) Would like to remove sod and dirt from water's edge back 10 feet and
approximately 100 feet long. Cut will.be 6 inches to 1 foot deep, and
want to add clean sand for beach purposes.
2) Would like to cut bank on back of my cabin about 7 feet deep, 40 feet
wide and about 110 feet long to be given to a gravel contractor when
he has a place for the fill. This is 200 feet back from the lake and
will not affect the lake.
3) Would like to move cabin onto a walkout basement 18 feet towards the
lake. We are back at least 150 feet from the lake now. Would like
permission to move fill with a bull dozer to the edge of the marsh on
my property.

lake. We are back at least 150 feet from the lake now. Would like
permission to move fill with a bull dozer to the edge of the marsh on
my property.
