Printers * Fergus Falls, Minnesota 3 V MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT October 9,1997 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, October 9, 1997, with the following persons in attendance: Craig Anderson John Everts Cecil Femling Randall Mann Robert Schwartz George Walter Patrick Eckert, Land and Resource Management Wally Senyk, County Attorney Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman George Walter. Minutes Approved - Hearing no corrections or additions the minutes of the October 2,1997, meeting were approved as mailed. The following variance requests were heard: D. Royce and Diane E. Smith - Approved D. Royce and Diane E. Smith, Fargo, ND, requested a variance of 20’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance of 10’ from the required top of bluff setback of 30’ for an addition to an existing dwelling 80’ from the ordinary high water level and 20’ from the top of the bluff. The existing structure is 70’ from the current water level. The property is described as the West 300’ of the East 600’ of Government Lot 7, Section 31 of Dora Township by West Silent Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request.
