A motion by Petterson, second by Femling to approve the
conditional use application of Ronald Bina. Star Lake (56-385),
GD, on Tract Bg SE Cor of Lot 5 (known as Galaxy Resort) ,
Section 4, Star Lake Township as presented with the following
additions: 1. There be a limit of 15 vehicles and there be no
"junk" vehicles. 2. The sign may be a maximum of 3' X 4' in
size. Dennis Jordan, Star Lake Township spoke in favor.

A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Lee to approve the
conditional use application of Frank J. Baer. West McDonald Lake
(56-386), RD, on Lot 5 of Cousin's Beach, Section 24 of Dora
Township allowing the excavation of a walk-out basement (the 70
foot long cut does include the basement) and also there is to be
no filling in of the divots.

issued for these projects).

A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Lee to approve the
conditional use application of Tom Loeffen. Big Pine Lake (56-
130), GD, on Lot 14, Block 1 of Herman's Woods Subdivision,
Section 21 of Pine Lake Township as presented including the Soil
Conservation Service's Plan that was presented. May extend the
work to the end of September 1987, providing sod is used on the
sideslope and see'd used on the top of the bank for
stabilization.
