Michael L. and Ramona M. McKibben - Denied
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Mark Steuart and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested as no adequate hardship had been shown. It was noted that the applicants have a large lot with adequate
room for development, which should provide the applicants with a reasonable use of their property without the
granting of a variance. It was also noted that the granting of this request would establish precedence for this
immediate area.
