Motion
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 45’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a 16’ by 24’ addition and for the
construction of a 6’ by 24’ addition to the side and rear of the existing dwelling with the condition that the existing 8’ by
10’ storage shed, presently located down by the lake, must be moved to a location that is at least 10’ from the side lot
line and 0’ from the back lot line/road right of way. It was noted that the proposed additions would be setback further
from the ordinary high water level than the existing structure.
