Explain your problem here:■Request vt^iiance on a R.D, (Recreational De 'elorment)
lakeshore property from 100* to 80',
Request permission to construct a year around home approximately
80' from the shoreline. There is presently a summer cabin 84' from the
shoreline which I am planning on removing. With the 80* variance I could
use the same building site as the removed cabin with minimal tree removal,
A new house has recently been built on the only adjoing property 82' from
the shoreline, this would be in line with my variance propasal.Office of Cotifisy Recorder
