There is presently a summer cabin 84' from the shoreline which I am planning on removing. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Ander­ son to grant approval, hardship being able to enjoy the same privileges as neighbors enjoy, on an old established platted area, 57' from lake. The motion was seconded by Rager Marty and carried with June IVan and George Walter voting "no". )hn E. Kelly \pproved Robert Chapman, Dent, MN, requested permission to place a mobile home on an 11 acre tract in G.L. 10, Section 14, Star Lake Township, as a second dwelling on property. After consideration, moticn was made by Marcus Wiechmann to approve variance, for a period not to exceed two years, unique piece of property on old established farmstead sane dis­ tance from lake, granting variance is not contrary to the public interest and does not damage the rights of other persons in the neighborhood, is not contraiy^ to the management policies of the area. June lyan voting "no". The notion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried with Gerald D. Davis, Wahpeton, ND, requested permission to construct, addition to dwelling, approximately 88' from lake on Lot 31, Kimber Beach, Girard Township. After consideration, motion weis made by Roger Marty to approve, applying the "string test", being no closer to lake than the neighbors on either side, hardship being able to enjoy the sane rights and privileges as the nei«^ibors, on the condition all other setback requirements be met.
