Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 10‘
from the required road right-of-way setback of 20' for the construction of a 24' by 32' garage. The applicant will not
be backing out on to the road right-of-way and the location of this garage should not create any snow removal
problems. Hardship being the terrain and topography of the applicant's lot.
