Motion
Mark Brouer - Approved with a condition. (6:08 p.m.)
Motion was made by Mark Steuart, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to declare an existing 3.36 acre
parcel in Government Lot 1, Section 16 of Dora Township, also know as parcel 16-000-13-0078-002, as a buildable lot
for residential purposes with the condition that the existing mobile home must be removed before a site permit can be
issued for the new dwelling. The granting of the variance as requested will provide the applicant with the ability to
enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in this immediate area and is consistent with previous actions of the
Board of Adjustment.
