EXPLAIN YOUR REQUEST
This is a new lot that we bought which we need to construct a road and an approach to
access the lake. The road will be 14 feet wide with a 2 to 3 foot ditch. The overall lengtli
of the road is about 700 feet long. The road will follow the natural contour of the land as
much as possible. The area where the road will be constructed was pasture land. There is
no trees in the construction area. We will be planting trees in this area after the road is
completed and the grass is established.
I UNDERSTAND THAT APPROVAL OF THIS REQUEST APPLIES ONLY TO THE USE OF THE LAND.
I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT OTHER PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED, IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO
CONTACT LAND & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT REGARDING THIS MATTER.
