Motion was made by Bert Hovland, to reverse the recommendation of the Planning Commission and deny the request, for the following reasons: 1. Buffer zone not adequate. 2. 113 units on a 50 unit capacity area. 3. Increase lake traffic. 4. License currently held applies only to food handlers. 5. To allow would increase the use of lake by changing from residential to commercial.
