Minnesota r MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT August 6, 1987 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, August 6, 1987, with the following persons in attendance? George Walter Marcus Wiechmann Robert Schwarz John Everts Craig Anderson Tim Griep, Land & Resource Management Waldemar Senyk, Assistant County Attorney Chairman Walter called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., and hearing no corrections or additions to the minutes of the July meeting, declared same approved as mailed. Chairman Walter announced that the applications for variance from Duane Knudsen, Lyle Tweeton and Deborah Sandbergnhad been withdrawn. The following variances requests were considered; Josephine B. Olson, Perham, MN, represented by Mark Olson, requested permission to subdivide existing property, consisting of 2.4 acres, into three parcels, each containing 33,532 square feet with 166' of shoreline, in G.L. 1, Section 15, Edna Township. AFter consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant permission to split a stan­ dard size lot of no less than 40,000 square feet, providing the neces­ saryRobert Schwartz and carried upon the following vote: ALL TO ORDER INUTES APPROVED NUDSON, TWEETON & ANDBERG WITHDRAWN lOSEPHINE B. The motion was seconded by All voting in favor Russell Kruger, Dent, mn, requested permission to enclose a deck on the cottage on Lot 3, .Shuck's North Star View 2nd Addn, Star Lake, in Dora Township. After consideration, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to deny, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor BUSSELL KRUGER DENIED Diane & Richard L. Nelson, Grand Forks, ND, requested permission to create a split of less than 2\ acres, in rear of Lot 11, Linden Park, on Pelican Lake, Dunn Township. Motion was made by John Everts to table. Bope, Gilbert, AZ, requested permission to replace an existing dilapidated cottage with a new permanent home, as a second dwelling on Lots 7 & 9, Amended and Enlarged Camp Nidaros, Amor Township, on Otter Tail Lake. Speaking were Alice Govig, Suzanne Tjornhom, Solveig Halbakken, with letters from Jean Harvey, Lloyd Siverson and Bernice Hobart. Motion was made by Craig Anderson to table for further information on the size of Lot 9.
