EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE: When County highway No. 4 was Improved my land holding
on East Spirit lake along this highway was reduced to approximately a 12 foot
strip. I moor my boat on East Spirit Lake. Last sumner my motor was stolen from my
boat. I am approaching 80 years of age and It Is almost Impossible for me to carry
my motor to my home every night. I would like permission to build a block lawgt house
on the 12 foot parcel I own on East Spirit Lake.M nhil
