Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by David Holmgren and carried with Mark Steuart voting no, to approve the proposed subdivision with the condition that before the conveyance of either parcel can be recorded each parcel must have an approved and installed septic system. Hardship is the high water level, which has reduced what was an existing 10.7-acre parcel, as noted on an older registered surveyor's drawing, to a 9.36-acre parcel as has been determined by a fairly recent survey.
