MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 2’
from the required side lot line setback of 10’ and a variance of 6’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for
the construction of a 22’ by 28’ garage located 8’ from the side lot line and 14’ from the road right-of-way. Hardship is
the extreme lot line bias to the road.
