Applicant seeks permission to allow the boat/bar if determined to be a structure, to remain at its present location which is no less than 40 to 45 feet from the OHWL. This is a replacement of a bar that was located closer to the OHWL. The bar creates no obstruction to the shore sight lines of the adjoining land owners The bar is located at an elevation lower than the roadway in front of the restaurant which means that it does not obstruct a view of the lake from the roadway. Both north and south lot lines are heavily wooded with abundant vegetation all of which obstructs view of the bar from either direction. The bar is situated as close as possible and connected to the restaurant. The bar has no plumbing, hard wiring, or sen-tic. It functions as a dry bar for the dispensation of packaged beer.
