Commission considering this request the Applicant's narrative is to be
rev;ritten to more accurately describe that the use of the new parking
spaces are for the proposed new lodge (incl. the number of units in the
lodge) & also for the existing business, The Pier. This narrataive must
be presented to the L&R Office no later than Feb. 18, 1998. Renotification
shall take place. Prior to Feb. 23, 1998, the Applicant must stake the
center line of the 2 proposed approaches. The impervious surface must
be calculated and presented to the Commission at their March 11, 1998 mtg.
