MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of approximately 5’ from the required structure setback from a septic tank of 10’ for the construction of
a garage approximately 5’ from the septic tank with the condition that when the septic tank is replaced it must
be placed in a location that meets all setback requirements. It was noted that the location of the proposed
