MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown,
that the Board did not feel that it would be appropriate to grant the variance based on the
possibility that Lot 19 and Lot 20 would be combined at a future date.
