The property is described as Lot 7, Hawes Beach Addition, Buchanan Lake in Otter Tail Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 29’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the construction of an attached double garage 46’ from the ordinary high water level.
