Robert and Janice Tubandt - Approved
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 12’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the construction of a dwelling, with
an attached garage 63’ from the waters edge and 20’ from the dedicated road. It was noted that the proposed
structure would be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing homes in the immediate area.
Hardship is a substandard lot due to erosion that has occurred on the lakeside of the applicants’ property. The
proposed structure will be within the existing building line as you look to the east.
