After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to deny
the variance as requested noting that no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for the
granting of the variance as requested. It was also noted that there is adequate room for the placement of a garage in a location
on this property that would not require the granting of the variance as requested and would still provide the applicant’s with a
reasonable use of their property.
