After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Conlon and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 35’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for an addition, as
depicted on the applicants’ drawing dated February 9, 2005, to an existing structure 40’ from the ordinary high water
level (channel). Hardship is water on two sides of the applicants’ property.
