I own lots 31 and 32''^cho Ranch Riviera, Fifth Addition - I have a cottage on lot 32
but when I built the addition approximately one year ago they put it within approximate
two feet from the line between lots 31 and 32, only one corner is this close to the
line.
to stay over an additional six feet to eight feet more than usual to get more space
between cottages and they would sign a letter to this effect, would it be okay to sell
the lot on that basis?
If the purchasers were aware that they would haveI would like to sell lot 31.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.
