After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve
an 8' by 24’ screened in/enclosed deck on the west side of the existing structure and to approve a 12’ by 31.5’ open aired deck on
the south side of the existing structure.

December 6, 2006 Meeting -
Since the November 2, 2006 meeting of the Board of Adjustment the ordinary high water level for the above
referenced property has been determined. As a result of this determination the applicant was advised to appear
before the Board of Adjustment for reconsideration of the November 2, 2006 Board Action. After consideration and
discussion, the above noted motion, by general consent, was revised to read as follows:

V. Lundeen 324855to approve a 12 by 24 screened in/enclosed deck on the west side of the existing structure and to approve a 12’ by
35.5’ open aired deck on the south side of the existing structure. The Board noted that the proposed additions will be
at least 37.5’ from the ordinary high water level, which will place the proposed additions outside of the shore impact
zone.
