If trailer is parked farther back from where it currently is, this ground soaks up alot of water when there is a heavy rainfall and beccxties very soft. There is a revene behind the trailer. If fill is brought in it is possible the fill may beccxne soft or even wash out. If it becomes soft, it may not support the weight of the trailer. Hardship being a substandard lot of record and the terrain and topography of the applicant's lot. It was noted that the lot to the east would not be affected by the granting of the variance request. Dear Sirs: After looking at the Layout and contour of lot 19, Block 1, In my opinion the trailer located on this property cannot be moved back any farther from lake because of an drainage area located directly behind where the trailer is presently located.
