MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance that would permit the applicant to place a cabin having a width of 24'
on the river side, a depth of 20' and a width of 18' on the road side 12' from the the
side lot line and 20' from the road right-of-way and 107' from the ordinary high water
level. It was noted that the proposed location is the most appropriate location for the
placement of the applicant's cabin.
