After discussion and consideration, Rick Wilson made a motion, seconded by Douglas Larson and unanimously can ied, to approve a variance of 117’ from the required ordinary high-water level setback of 200’ for the placement of a 30’ by 30’ addition 83’ from the ordinary high-water level and to approve the placement of 850 square feet of impervious surface within the shore impact zone. The proposed addition will be no closer to the ordinary high-water level than the existing structure. The granting of the variance as requested will allow the applicant to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in this immediate area.
