Motion
Richard Van Eps - Approved the variance as requested with conditions. (8:12 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Conlon and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 47’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150’ for the development
as described in the variance application dated October 12, 2005 and as depicted in the drawing submitted with the
variance application with the condition that the existing shed must be placed in a location which is no closer to the
ordinary high water level than the back of the existing dwelling and at least 10’ from the lot line and with the condition
that no more than 25% of the total lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. Hardship is a substandard lot of
record. ,
