Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the placement of a screened porch extending no closer to the ordinary high water level then the main portion of the applicants’ existing dwelling and being at least 10’ from the side lot line with the condition that the existing 14’ by 16.5’ screened porch must be brought into compliance by September 10, 2000. It was noted that the deck can remaining so long as it does not exceed 36” in height and that the screened porch can extend out to the front of the house and no more. The building line on the front of the house must be maintained. The variance as granted allows for a reasonable use of the applicants’ property.
