After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to declare
Lot 4, Block 1 Oksness Addition a buildable lot for one storage structure, which cannot exceed 30’ by 40' in size, with the following
conditions: 1.) Lot 4 Block 1 Oksness Addition must be permanently attached to Lot 6 Blue Heron Beach Addition and 2.) the area
contained within Lot 4 Block 1 Oksness Addition cannot be used when calculating impervious surface coverage for front (lake) lot
development. The variance as granted is consistent with past Board decisions and will provide the applicant with a reasonable
use of the property. The Board noted that the applicant’s planned use is similar to the use of other property in this immediate
area.
