Motion
Warren R and Vonette Busch - Approved the variance as requested with conditions. (8:42 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried,
to declare Lot 3 Block 1, Oksness Addition as a builable lot for nonresidential/non dwelling structures with the following
conditions: 1.) Lot 3 Block 1 must be permanently attached to Lots 4 and 5, Blue Heron Beach Addition, and 2.) the
area contained within Lot 3 Block 1 cannot be used when calculating impervious surface coverage for development
on Lots 4 and 5 of Blue Heron Beach Addition.
