MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 25’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the remodeling of the existing roof and for the addition of
the open porch as presented in the variance application. It was noted that no part of the applicant’s project will be any
closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure and that the side lot line setback is being maintained.
