MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and carried with Cecil Femling voting no. to allow
the enclosure of the existing deck, within the shore Impact zone area, with the condition that the applicant be
allowed no other water - oriented accessory structures on the lot. It should be noted that the existing (teck Is
behind the existing building line, but within the shore Impact zone.
