MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 99’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150' and a variance of approximately 24’ from
the required shore impact zone setback of 75’ for a 14’ by 24’ addition to an existing dwelling approximately 51’ from
the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the addition to the dwelling will be j30 closer than the §^xistingj1vi^ling
to the ordinary high water level.
