Some years ago the area to the east was filled to one to two feet higher than my property. The run-off from that height plus the high water level of the lake has caused my front yard to be under water during heavy rains or high waves. Yesterday water stood in my yard because of the high water level alone. I would like to fill in my front yard with enough dirt to make the area slightly higher than the lake level, is no problem with dirt entering the lake because a high ridge separates my low area from the lake. There I would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
