MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Bert Olson and carried with John Everts abstaining, to approve a variance
of 6' 6" from the required road right-of-way setback of 20' for the replacement of a flat gar^ roof with a new roof that
will match the roof on the dwelling. Jhe garage must be a single story structure and cannot exceed 18' in height. The
applicant's request is reasonable. It is a lot of record and a building of record,
