Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Mark Steuart voting no, to approve the
application of the modified string line, as depicted on the applicant’s drawing, for the location of a building site which
will be approximately 60’ from the ordinary high water level at it closest point with the condition that no more than 25%
of the total lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces.
