We are requesting a 5 foot variance of the sideyard setback
requirement of 10 feet as required by the Shoreland Management Ordinance
for the following reasons:
1) the location of the existing septic tank in the back of the present
cabin
backyard
forces to move the addition to the south part of the
2) its proposed location of the addition would give direct access
for automobles from the highway to the garage.
3) its proposed location of the addition would allow us to conserve
the existing oak trees in the rear protion of the lot
