James H. and Sylvia N. Matthiae - Variance application approved as requested. (7:30 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to allow the
applicants to retain the current level of impervious surface coverage (31.77%) for the development as described in the application
dated July 18, 2016 and as depicted on the drawing submitted with the application. The variance as approved does not alter the
footprint of the existing structure as the proposed development will be on top of the existing dwelling and the variance as
approved is consistent with past decision of the Board of Adjustment. The variance as approved; however, does not directly or
indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed or future development.
