MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Time:
Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling to approve the addition of the siding to the north
sicte of the existing carport during the period of October I st, through March 31 st of each year with the siding to be
removed during the rest of the year. This motion failed with Craig Anderson, Dan Oehler, George Walter and Berton
Olson voting no and John Everts abstaining. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was made by
Craig Anderson , seconded by Dan Oehler and carried with John Everts abstaining, to deny the variance as requested
as no ^equate hardship had been shown. ^
