Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
39’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the replacement of an existing dwelling, which is
located 7’ from the ordinary high water level, with a new dwelling located 36’ from the ordinary high water level: The
