After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to table the variance request for additional information regarding existing wetlands, road right-of-way and ordinary high water level setbacks, septic system locations and the availability of property for development. The applicant was directed to meet on site with a representative of the Land and Resource Department to discuss various alternatives. May 4th, 1995 Meeting - The audience was not polled as there was no one in attendance at the time of this hearing. After a report from the Land and Resource Department and additional discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a 10' variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' for the placement of a 10' by 50' mobile home 190' from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that this area is designated by three treated posts. After additional consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to allow the placement of the 10' by 10' storage shed 175' from the ordinary high water level and at least 20' from the road right-of-way. It should be noted that both of these locations are depicted on a drawing prepared by the Land and Resource Department and are considered by the office as the best locations for these two structures. 9.
