33, Otter Tail Township provided road is built to County
Specificatlons and with a Cul-de-sac at the end to Join other
property. Don Luhning (Township Board member) expressed
concerns.
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Schwartz, second by Olson to approve the Conditional
Use Application of James Johnston, et al^ Silver Lake (56-302),
RD, Lot 1 Blk 1, LaCote Du Worth, Section 20, Everts Township to
construct driveway up to Cul-de-sac providing: 1. Begin at west
edge at south part of curve and follow steepness of bank to
washout and bring it down to 2nd ridge as shown on the map
submitted. 2. Allowed to take 2' off ice ridge as requested on
