Explain your request: In September, 1988, we constructed an addition to our boathouse so that we
could get our boat and trailer into the boathouse. We applied for a permit to
build but were told that is was unnecessary since it was under 100 square feet
as long as we stayed within the other Shoreland Management requirements. We
strung a line between the two posts we believed to be the property line.

foot set back from the property line. A good faith effort was made to stay
within the ordinance and a significant improvement was made in the general ap
pearance of the structvire and surrounding grounds.

information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
