80% of the walls will consist of screen (no glass), and the structure will
conform to the definition of a water-oriented accessory structure except the

MOTION AS FOLLOV\fS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with John Everts abstaining, to
deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown, After additional
discussion and consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and carried with
John Everts abstaining, to grant the applicant a water - oriented accessory structure with the condition that it
be centered on the existing structure and have a height of no more than 10'. It should be noted that the
applicant does not have any other structures in front of the building line.
