A registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided, 2. The registered surveyor’s drawing must identify a building site on Parcel “B” that does not require any variances, 3. The registered surveyor’s drawing must identify the space available for two on-site septic systems, and 4. Parcel A must be permanently attached to the adjacent parcel to the east.
