The Board of Adjustment considered the following applications for variance: Charles and Maureen Grunewald - Variance application approved as requested. (6:32 p.m.) Charles and Maureen Grunewald, part of Government Lot 3, Section 21 and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 28 of Otter Tail Township by Otter Tail Lake, requested the following: build deck (12’X 24’) over existing patio in bluff zone 225 feet from lake. As an adjacent property owner, we are in full support of Mr. Grunewald’s proposal. We do not feel this improvement will negatively impact us; rather, we believe it will improve the value and appeal of the nearby properties on the lake. We would support the Board’s decision to approve his request for a variance.
