You had called our Office in regards to your property on Rainbow Lake and I informed you that Rainbow Lake is not classified as a lake by the DNR. This is correct, the DNR does not consider Rainbow Lake as a lake, however, your property is within the Shoreland Area of Pickeral Lake (56-204). In discovering this, I checked our files and found that we do have a file for you (previously Dale Anderson) in our Pickeral-Lake (56-204) files. I have enclosed a copy of the Conditional Use Permit Application including the apjDroval that was granted. As I indicated on the phone, if the business has not been in operation for a period of 1 year (or more), an Application would need to be filed for a new Permit.
